300 Hr Advanced Yoga Teacher Training
This training is for those with a RYT 200 hour certification and seeking to complete their 500 hr RYT training, or individuals wishing to immerse themselves in the breadth of teachings of yoga.
The mission of this training is to provide the highest quality in-depth instruction on advanced yoga topics, such as meditation, yoga philosophy, yin yoga, restorative yoga, ayurveda, the chakras and subtle body, tantra yoga, pranayama, kundalini yoga, kriya yoga, eastern healing arts, the science of yoga, yoga as a life path, and more. Our program provides a unique opportunity for you to create an advanced teacher training that is specific to your desires and interests as a yoga teacher and practitioner, as well as one that fits their schedule. Sage will provide the supportive environment and expert, dedicated instructors to guide your journey.

200 Hr Yoga Teacher Training
Our first biannual group begins January 2017!
Space is limited to 10 students.
Typical Hours of Modules:
- Friday 1 – 4 pm and 7-10 pm (6 hrs)
- Saturday 1 – 8 pm, or 11 am – 6 pm (7 hrs)
- Sunday 8 am – 3 pm, or 10:30 – 5:30 pm (7 hrs)
$2700, plus $100 registration fee.
Registration deposit is $500.

Our Yoga Alliance certified program helps future yoga instructors and those simply looking to deepen their practice to grow their confidence and expand their knowledge of yoga through an in-depth study of the physical, spiritual, emotional and psychological aspects of yoga.
With the guidance of experienced teachers and mentors, students will learn how to teach intelligently sequenced, safe, and well-rounded classes to a variety of students within the hatha and vinyasa tradition, with an emphasis on self-inquiry. Immerse yourself in a community of like-minded and inspired yogis dedicated to daily practice and learning.
